Yes, both the monthly and annual plans come with a 14 day refund window which starts after you are billed. Since both come with a free trial, that means that you don't get billed until the free trial ends, at which point the 14 day refund window is also started. For monthly plans, this refund window will happen monthly, and for annual plans, annually.

No, as long as you stay subscribed, the price that you pay, either monthly or annually, will never go up. Whatever rate you lock in when you sign up, you are grandfathered into for as long as you are with us. If you lock in a $24/mo rate and then we raise our prices to $100/mo, you will only ever pay $24/mo. If you end your subscription for any period of time and then decide to come back, you will have to pay the current rate at that time.
